What payment methods do you accept?
We accept; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all Major Credit and Debit Cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal at this time due to increased fraudulent activity.
If you prefer to pay offline; please reach out us at support@getbettertools.com to let us know and one of our Customer Care Team members can help you place your order.
Where is my tracking number?
You can input your tracking number on the Track Order page to see the progress of your shipment. It may take us a few days to package and ship your item. Tracking will be available 3 - 4 days after your order is placed. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.
Does your website protect my data?
YES! All of your information is safe and secure. We take your privacy very seriously. It is our first priority to protect your information by using SSL. What that means to you is that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. We use the same type of encryption that used by banks.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
We pride ourselves on getting your order to you ASAP! Most orders in the United States should take 10-15 business days for delivery unless otherwise indicated. Occasionally, shipping dates can fluctuate due to supply and demand. Priority shipping is sometimes available through our order process.

Orders Shipped From US Warehouse: ~10 business days via USPS with tracking.
Orders Shipped From Asia Warehouse: ~15 business days via YunExpress with tracking.
What is YunExpress Shipping?
YunExpress is a Special Shipping Line of the United States Postal service for products coming from our warehouses in Asia. It allows us to quickly deliver your order from our manufacturers in China and Taiwan in 14 days or less, while saving you money in the process! If you live in the United States and want your item faster, simply select "Priority Express Shipping" at checkout. Priority Express orders are shipped from the US warehouse.
What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?
Please note at times USPS does indicate that a package was delivered one day prior to the actual delivery due to their volume. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we recommend waiting one more day before .
If after two days since your delivery confirmation and you do not receive an order that USPS states was delivered, this package may be lost or stolen, please reach out to us ASAP via support@superbrandtools.com and one of our Customer Care team members will help you.
Can I exchange an order or return one for a refund?
Yes, we want you to be SATISFIED which is why we created the Better Tool Promise. Exchanges and returns are only available for orders shipped from our US warehouse. To process an exchange or return, email us at support@getbettertools.com and we will provide instructions. Once we receive the returned order, we will exchange or refund, the choice is YOURS!
